Financial Options

We believe in making dental care accessible and stress-free for all patients. Therefore, we provide a range of flexible insurance options, payment plans, and discounts. Let us take care of your dental finances while you focus on achieving optimal oral health.

Insurance and Billing

Here at Dental Wellness of Bartow we want you to receive the dental treatment that you need. Unless prior arrangements have been made, you will be expected to pay for treatment on the day of service. Patients with insurance will be asked to pay your portion of the estimated bill at the time of service. Once all insurance payments are received, we may ask you to pay any remaining balance. This balance may be due to a non-covered service, a deductible or because we are an out of network provider.  We understand that at times you may be unable to pay your dental bill in full. For that reason, Dental Wellness of Bartow offers 3-month automatic debit/credit card charge authorization, along with financing through CareCredit, Lending Club, and Sunbit. Payment Options

Our office accepts cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards.

Discounts

We provide a 5% discount for cash payments on QUALIFYING amounts.
